Developed by former USMNT player Jeremiah White, our unique training program is designed for young athletes aged 5-12, emphasizing a comprehensive 3-in-1 developmental process. This innovative approach, rooted in Jeremiah's personal experience in nurturing his son's soccer skills, combines balance, coordination, agility, and soccer technique.

At the heart of our curriculum is a specialized training device: a box surfaced with turf, conceptualized by Jeremiah to maximize developmental needs through compound exercises. This state-of-the-art equipment has been instrumental in the development of numerous young athletes.

Jeremiah's philosophy is simple yet profound: training begins when the child expresses the desire to learn. His eldest son's request for training at the age of 10.5 led to the creation of the box as a solution to accelerate soccer development efficiently. This method proved successful, as his son advanced to become a US Youth National Team player and MLS academy player by age 14, eventually progressing to a professional career at the age of 17.

One athlete whose skills flourished through this program is Alex Kades, a standout player who started using the box at age 15. After four years of Division 1 soccer at the University of Pennsylvania, Alex is now spearheading this program. He is eager to share the benefits of this unique development approach with the next generation and continues to thrive as an advocate for holistic soccer training.
